The old log house where Robert's and Doug's fathers were born.

We went to church Sunday morning with Marsha and Buddy on SGI and then we saddled up the Dark Horse and headed out for Cuthbert, GA. We drove fairly conservatively along the way but discovered that the radar detector worked like a charm, warning us of state troopers before we got too close to them.
Doug and I spent most of today with Charles (my cousin and Doug’s brother) and Jane visiting relatives in old cemeteries and exploring the old log house in which my dad and Charles’ and Doug’s dad were born. As we were walking back to Charles’ Jeep we were stopped by a very unfriendly man who said we were trespassing. Charles tried to explain to him who we were and why we were there but the man, Mike, told us it was totally unacceptable and that we had to leave and not to come back. Fortunately, we were on the way out when he approached us.
