Robert, Gwen, and Doug

We left Athens behind this morning and made it to Gwen’s house outside of Baldwin about 10AM.  We had a nice long visit and lunch with Gwen and Max.  We sat and talked about family and old times and didn’t leave until 4PM.  It was a really good visit and Gwen prepared a very tasty meal with a great lemon meringue pie for dessert. 

The weather has changed for the worse.  It is no longer sunny and warm but windy and cold, it’s 44 degrees at 6PM and the low in the morning is forecast to be 33 degrees.  I don’t guess I’ll be riding through the mountains with the windows down.
